Shane D. Williams, CEO
Shane is an Attorney as well as a NFL Players Association Certified Contract Advisor. Shane obtained his B.S. and M.S. degree from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2001 and 2002, respectively. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2005. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana. Along with being the Chief Executive Officer of 3SG Sports Management Group, LLC, Shane also has a productive law practice. At Shane D. Williams, Attorney at Law, LLC, he practices law in the areas of: Sports Law, Contract Law, Municipal Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, etc. Shane's many years of education and experience in contracts and related legal fields will provide our clients with not only the expertise in contract negotiations but will also provide them with outstanding legal advice and services.

Steve Williams, Jr., President
Steve's educational background includes a B.S in Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University and a M.B.A. – Marketing Degree from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Steve has over 12 years experience working in Corporate Contract Negotiations Finance and Marketing with a Fortune 100 company. His diverse knowledge in these areas provides expertise with our clients in the areas of marketing and financial consultation.

Stephen E. Williams, Vice-President Operations
Stephen Williams graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2000 and the University of New Orleans in 2006, obtaining degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, respectively. After graduating from LSU, Stephen has served as a Project Manager at a Fortune 100 company for over 7 years, where he has been responsible for handling all financial and logistical matters. He plays a significant role in Pre-Draft Preparation and Contract Negotiations, where he utilizes his extensive management experiences and analytical skills to maximize benefits for 3SG Sports Management Group, LLC clients.

Gloria J. Williams, Special Advisor
Gloria Jean Husband Williams graduated cum laude in Elementary Education from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She did her graduate work at Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, Louisiana where she earned a 3.85 G.P.A. Most recently, she received her certification in Montessori Teaching from Southwestern Montessori Training Center in Denton, Texas. Gloria has been selected to Who's Who Among American Teachers and selected as Most Outstanding Educator in Central Louisiana. She has also been named Middle School Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Williams has worked on numerous committees and boards such as the LSU Minority Engineering Board of Supervisors and The Governor's Commission for the Teacher Intern Program, State of Louisiana. Her many experiences with college students as a mentor, teacher, and counselor brings a wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and expertise to 3SG Sports Management Group and its clients.
